| Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP has announced the addition of Raymond Wong, previously at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, as partner in its capital markets practice. Wong will be based in the firm’s London office. He has 10 years of experience in international capital markets, general corporate and commercial matters, and M&A. Wong also has extensive Chinese experience, having practiced in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai for more than five years. He has advised many Chinese and international enterprises and investment banks, and has expertise advising on global offerings and listings on the London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, New York and Luxembourg stock exchanges. |
