| Dawn Zhang has joined Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Shanghai office as a partner in the corporate and securities practice. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Zhang was in the Shanghai office of Faegre & Benson LLP. Zhang has extensive experience advising clients on China-related cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, venture capital and general corporate matters. Her practice includes structuring deals and negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and other corporate matters for public and emerging growth companies. |
