| Harris Chan has joined DLA Piper as partner in the firm’s Asia Litigation and Regulatory Group. Chan has experience in contentious and non-contentious construction matters across mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong, and has advocacy experience in arbitration matters and across all court levels. He also advises on general commercial litigation matters, including Securities and Futures Commission regulatory matters and cross-border arbitration. A solicitor in Hong Kong, England & Wales, Chan has joined the firm from Mallesons Stephen Jacques’ Hong Kong practice. He has previously authored construction-related chapters in Chitty on Contracts, Hong Kong Specific Volume and Legal Studio Online Publication. |
