Weerawong C&P and Apisith & Alliance have joined forces in a merger.

Apisith & Alliance is a Thailand-based firm highly regarded for its strength in international trade litigation and World Trade Organisation (WTO) practice, including antidumping, safeguards, countervailing duty and anti-circumvention. Weerawong C&P senior partner Weerawong Chittmittrapap said his firm “welcomes this merger with the Apisith team. We have a shared commitment to providing strategic advice as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Apisith & Alliance senior counsel John Sutham said the merger “creates a comprehensive platform of resources for our clients. We are uniquely positioned as an independent law firm with an extensive international network.

The new company offers a complete range of contentious and non-contentious trade remedies/WTO and international trade services. This includes hands-on advice and representation of Thai and foreign clients in antidumping investigations and other trade remedy actions, advice on rules of origin, duty refunds and other customs law matters. The merger also connects the two firms’ international network of trusted law firms. It will provide legal services for clients throughout Asia, Europe, North America, Latin America and Africa.
