| Watson Farley & Williams has added Rosa Ng Sin Kiu as a corporate partner in its Hong Kong office with effect on November 2015. She joins from Squire Patton Boggs where she was a partner in its corporate finance practice advising on a broad spectrum of corporate finance work, including IPOs, secondary equity and equity-linked offerings, M&As, regulatory compliances and Sino-foreign joint ventures. She acts for both issuers and underwriters in securities listings on the HKSE Main Board and GEM Board and has advised listed companies on various transactional matters. |
