Dentons appoints Neelima Paladugu as Global Chief People Officer

Dentons has appointed Neelima Paladugu as its Global Chief People Officer, effective November 15. Paladugu joins from Deloitte, where she served as a Global People Managing Director.

A highly-regarded champion of innovative people leadership, she has been instrumental in the optimization of Deloitte’s global organization, supporting exponential growth of its workforce in more than 85 countries. She has led numerous transformations, including the creation of global shared services organizations, change management for large scale integrations and launching of progressive talent development initiatives.

Prior to Deloitte, Paladugu held key leadership roles at IBM, Merrill Lynch and PWC. She has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, India and the US, and is passionate about creating leadership structures and people programs that resonate globally and locally.

Dentons Global CEO Elliott Portnoy lauds Paladugu for having led engaging transformation programs.
