
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has successfully completed the combination between Herbert Smith Freehills and Kramer Levin on June 1, 2025. This transformative combination creates an integrated global legal powerhouse of some 2,700 lawyers, including around 630 partners, across 26 offices.
