JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) has added Shivangi Sharma Talwar as a Retained Partner in its Corporate Practice. Joining from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Talwar has more than 14 years of demonstrated legal experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, insurance and corporate advisory. She will be based out of the firm’s Gurugram office. While she has worked on corporate mandates across various sectors, Talwar has domain expertise in the insurance sector, and has considerable experience in servicing some of the world’s largest insurance companies and insurance intermediaries. She has worked on various marquee transactions throughout her career. Over the past few years, she has been leading transactions and providing end-to-end transactional support to her clients. Talwar holds an LLM in International Business Laws from the National University of Singapore, and a BA-LLB from NLIU, Bhopal. She is a member of the Delhi Bar Council.
