Mr. Liu Chi is a commercial/sports arbitrator at Jun Ze Jun Law Offices in Beijing. His practice areas include sports and entertainment, foreign investment, M&A, dispute resolution. He is licensed to practice law in China and in New York State.

Mr. Liu graduated at UCLA School of Law in 2012 with a LL.M. degree specializing in entertainment and media law, at Temple University School of Law in 1988 with a LL.M degree in American Law, and at Peking University School of Law in 1984 with a LL.B. degree.

As a commercial arbitrator and attorney, Mr. Liu arbitrated and represented multinational companies and domestic Chinese clients in dozens arbitration cases in areas of foreign investment, high tech, corporate, sports and entertainment. As a sports arbitrator and attorney, he arbitrated close to 40 international sports disputes and represented clients in some high profile sports cases.

Mr. Liu also held General Counsel positions briefly at Le Sports, Le Vision, and Caterpillar (China) Investment Company Limited in 2002 to 2003, where he had intimate knowledge on how a domestic company and a MNC functioned.  The Le Eco Group position offered unique perspectives on how corporate governance failures can quickly bring down successful companies.

As a lawyer, Mr. Liu represented many international and Chinese clients in cross-border complex litigations and projects.
