Singapore’s Drew & Napier forms Asean legal network

Singapore’s Drew & Napier has formed a regional legal network with Shearn Delamore & Co in Malaysia and Makarim & Taira S in Indonesia.

The Drew Network Asia (DNA) aims to provide an integrated full-service legal offering to clients within the Asean region. Each of the firms in the network will remain independent, but, depending on clients’ needs, will operate as a “firm of firms” to deliver seamless service across multiple jurisdictions.

Drew & Napier is one of the largest and most established, full service law firms in Singapore with more than 250 fee earners. It has a particularly strong reputation for dispute resolution and arbitration, and also focuses on competition and antitrust, corporate insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property (patents and trade marks), tax and telecommunications, media and technology, and have market leading practices in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and capital markets.

Shearn Delamore & Co is one of the oldest and largest full-service law firms in Malaysia, with more than 110 fee earners providing comprehensive services to domestic and international clients across dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, intellectual property, employment, tax, competition and antitrust, banking & finance, technology, media and telco, infrastructure and projects, construction, regulatory compliance and enforcement, real estate and shipping.

Makarim & Taira S is one of Indonesia’s leading full-service law firms with more than 60 fee earners, with a proven track record of successfully navigating Indonesia’s complex and fast-changing environment, and continue to be a leader in both the traditional practice areas of corporate services, banking, finance, foreign investment, litigation, infrastructure, and employment, as well as emerging growth areas such as anti-trust/competition, power and energy, intellectual property, technology, media and telecommunications, and fintech.
