| MSI, an international alliance of independent professional firms, has appointed independent full-service law firm Or, Ng & Chan as its Hong Kong law firm member. With over 250 member firms in 100 countries, MSI was formed in 1990 in response to the growing need for cross-border co-operation between professional services firms. Established in 1992, Or, Ng & Chan has grown organically to 25 lawyers and a total staff of more than 60 people.
