| International law firm Bird & Bird and Alban Tay Mahtani & de Silva LLP (ATMD) have entered into a global association agreement with effect from 1 January. The Singapore office will be known as ATMD Bird & Bird LLP. Bird & Bird already has offices in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai, while ATMD is currently associated with Tay & Partners in Malaysia. |
