| Ashurst has enticed Judith Kim, Senior Legal Counsel from Shell Gas & Power, to join the firm’s global energy team as a counsel in Dubai. An experienced projects and corporate lawyer specialising in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, Kim has been based in the Middle East for the past six years where she has advised on projects in the Middle East and North Africa, India, Pakistan, as well as Asia and Australia. She previously held roles at Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling, in addition to undertaking a two year secondment with Mitsubishi Corporation in Tokyo, where she advised on large-scale international projects for the group’s energy, metals and chemicals divisions. |
