| With a background that has seen him steeped in banking, international trade and commercial law for almost two decades, King-tak Fung, Partner and Head of Banking and Finance Asia at Eversheds, has scored a hat-trick with the International Chamber of Commerce by securing three prominent trade and finance roles with them simultaneously. Fung has been named co-chair of the ICC Consulting Group on the latest International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP) and is a member on the Consulting Group of Uniform Rules on Forfaiting. He has also been named a member of the ICC Drafting Group on the Revision of the Documentary Instruments Dispute Resolution Expertise (DOCDEX) Rules. Fung believes that his “expertise as a former banker” as well as his niche experience as a “legal practitioner” will assist in taking on these positions. |
