Sinseob Kang is the managing partner of Shin & Kim. Kang’s practice focuses on litigation involving securities, derivative products, real estate, real estate investment trusts and project finance. Prior to entering private practice, Kang served 12 years in the Korean judiciary, as a judge of the Seoul District Court in 1986 and as a research judge of the Supreme Court of Korea.  He has also taught civil law as an adjunct professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute and was a member of the Policy Committee of the Ministry of Justice. He was named Managing Partner of the Year at the 2014 ALB Korea Law Awards.
