As well as winning this year’s Asia In-House Team of the Year at the In-House Community Counsels of the Year Awards, MTR Corporation also won a team-bonding Iyengar yoga session in the charity raffle.
Legal and European business director Gill Meller led by example when the the team took to the yoga mats last week for the session, which was kindly donated and also presided over by qualified Iyengar yoga teacher Karen Lam, and conducted at her studio at Yoga Central in Hong Kong.
“It was great to have an opportunity to do something different as a team and to take most people out of their comfort zone,” said Meller.
The session raised money for the designated charity Children’s Cancer Therapy Development Institute (https://www.cc-tdi.org/), as well as promoting wellness and bonding among the team!
