| At the end of the month, US-based firm Ropes and Gray will become a Hong Kong licensed firm. This will enable it to service its Hong Kong and China clients in the M&A, private equity, public takeovers and equity capital markets sectors. The firm also boosts its practice with the addition of Julian Chung and Gary Li, the former a veteran capital markets and M&A lawyer and the latter a seasoned corporate lawyer. |
