PBC School of Finance from April 2014 to October
2015. He has been practicing PRC law since 1990,

private equity/venture capital, trust and insurance.
From 1997 to 1998, on a Practical Training Scheme
for Chinese Lawyers sponsored by the British
government, he studied English law at SOAS, and
