Richard has extensive experience in the field of utility and design patents. He is highly specialized in patent drafting and prosecution, specifically in examining jurisdictions, such as the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization, including extensive knowledge of patent office procedural and administrative requirements in each jurisdiction. He is also a highly skilled litigator with extensive knowledge of the litigation process for utility patents and design patents.
Tamara is a patent portfolio specialist with extensive experience in the field and an expert in international IP laws and patenting systems. Tamara advises clients on patent protection regionally and internationally. She further advises on commercialisation of IP and development of IP Policies. Tamara provides IP advisory services and carries out IP analysis and is experienced in establishing and implementing procedures for Technology Transfer. |
