The State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) released a circular on Reforming the Administration of the Settlement of Foreign Exchange Capital of Foreign-invested Enterprises which further promotes discretionary settlement of foreign investment enterprises’ foreign exchange capital nationwide. The circular take effect on 1 June 2015.
