Weerawong Chittmittrapap is widely recognised as one of Thailand’s most experienced lawyers in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructuring, banking and finance, capital markets, infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. He is renowned for advising clients on strategic transactions, including some of the largest mergers and acquisitions in Southeast Asia to date.

Weerawong is Special Advisor to the Association of Listed Companies of Thailand and has written two books on directors’ roles and liabilities for the Bank of Thailand and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
