Cohen brings over 20 years of expertise helping clients on acquisitions, divestments, cross-border investments, joint ventures and project development across sectors, such as mining, petroleum, power generation and distribution, and renewable energy. Humphry specialises in public and private M&A, distressed M&A, restructuring, capital markets transactions and general board and corporate advisory, focusing on the energy and resources sector, including complementary infrastructure, services and technology.
