Chandler MHM has added Visitsak Arunsuratpakdee as a partner. He focuses his practice on administrative law litigation, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), particularly personal data protection, M&A, taxation and corporate commercial matters. Arunsuratpakdee has also advised both foreign and Thai multinational clients on regulatory compliance in their business operations and has represented them in a broad range of matters across different industry sectors. He has more than 17 years’ experience and is a graduate of King’s College London.

Chan brings a proven track record, deep expertise in the Asia-Pacific region, and trusted relationships across the private equity industry. His practice focuses on private equity transactions, investment restructuring and exits, including cross-border and domestic M&A, joint ventures, growth capital and pre-IPO investments, PIPE, co-investments and structured and special situations investments. He has advised many leading financial sponsors through the life cycle of their investments across the region.
