| J Sagar Associates has appointed Rupinder Malik as a retained partner to be based at the firm’s Gurgaon office. She joins from Baker & McKenzie. Malik completed her LLB from Punjab University in 1995 and has more than 14 years of experience. She specializes in general corporate commercial, M&A, and regulatory and policy matters. She has extensive experience in corporate commercial matters, including all aspects of commercial contracts, and has represented and advised multinational corporations in M&A and JV deals across numerous industry sectors. She has also advised on competition, customs, international trade and WTO related matters and has substantial experience in litigation. |
