| Simmons & Simmons has expanded its China disputes group with the appointment of partner James Kwan. Kwan joins the firm from Allen & Overy where he was a dispute resolution consultant in Dubai, having previously practised for many years in Hong Kong. Kwan is a recognised leader in the field of international arbitration, having a particular focus on energy and infrastructure related disputes. Although based in Hong Kong, Kwan will continue to assist clients with disputes in the Middle East. |
