| HSA Advocates has appointed Meenakshi Arora and Anjan Dasgupta as partners effective 1 April 2011. Arora, who will be based in the firm’s Delhi office, has over 26 years of litigation experience in the Supreme Court and State High Courts. Dasgupta joins the firm from Herbert Smith’s London office, where he was a senior associate in their banking and finance practice. He has previously worked with Ogilvy Renault (now Norton Rose) in Toronto and has also worked with a leading law firm in India prior to that. Dasgupta’s practice focuses on infrastructure, energy and project finance, public private partnerships and general banking and finance. |
