| Clayton Utz has appointed Andrew Leece as a partner in its Canberra office. Leece has significant experience in the areas of regulatory, infrastructure and utilities, including advising Canberra Airport on a number of significant transactions during his three years as its general counsel.
Stamford Law has appointed Lo Kim Seng as a director in the corporate team. He joins from an international joint law venture firm in Singapore and has more than two decades of corporate experience both in-house and in private practice. Lo has worked on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions and his clients comprise mainly Singapore public-listed companies. He is admitted as an advocate and solicitor of Singapore, solicitor of New South Wales, Australia and solicitor of England and Wales. |
