| Simmons & Simmons has expanded its corporate team in China with the appointment of Michael Hickman as senior counsel. Hickman, who had previously worked at the firm, now rejoins the Shanghai office from Dechert, where he was a corporate partner in Hong Kong and Greater China. A fluent Mandarin speaker and US-qualified lawyer with over of 20 years of experience in the region, he specialises in foreign direct investment, M&A, restructurings and capital markets transactions. |
