| Fangda Partners has appointed Jun Hu as a partner in its Beijing Office. His practice areas include M&A, private equity investment, general corporate, banking, securities offerings, and foreign direct investment. Hu has experience serving multinational companies in their acquisitions and general corporate matters in China, and PRC enterprises in their overseas acquisition projects. Hu has regularly advised charities and other professional institutions, including the Chinese Financial Executive Institute. He has previously practised with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Dewey LeBoeuf as an associate, and leading PRC law firms as a partner for 12 years. |
