Ashurst has added Jonathan Chapman as a partner in the global markets practice, based in Hong Kong. Chapman advises a wide range of clients, including investment banks, funds, insurance companies and corporates, on complex structured finance and derivatives transactions across the Asia Pacific region. He has developed a particular expertise advising on structured equity transactions, structured fixed income transactions, the impact of international derivative regulations, issues around IBOR transition, and hedging transactions.
