Tilleke & Gibbins has added Long Gia Nguyen as a partner within its Corporate & Commercial group. Based in the firm’s Ho Chi Minh City office, Nguyen is a highly accomplished attorney who brings extensive experience and expertise in real estate, hospitality and M&A transactions, positioning the firm as a leading force in Southeast Asia’s legal market. He has nearly two decades of experience as both in-house and external counsel, leading numerous cross-border real estate projects across the Asia Pacific region, including property acquisitions, leasing and development, land use planning, financing and more. Prior to joining the firm, Nguyen spent more than 14 years with one of the top international law firms in Vietnam. He holds an LLB degree from Hanoi Law University, and earned an LLM from the Graduate School of Law of Transnational Law and Business University in Korea. He is licensed to practice law in Vietnam, and holds a certificate of auctioneer.
