Reed Smith Bolsters Transportation Finance Practice with Shanghai Counsel Hire

Reed Smith has appointed Siyue Yang as counsel in the firm’s Transportation Industry Group and Shanghai office. He is admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales, and also has China legal qualification.

Yang has more than a decade of experience advising on ship finance, banking finance, asset leasing and maritime transactions in Asia. His practice spans multiple jurisdictions across the region, where he has advised leading banks, leasing companies and shipowners on complex cross-border financings and asset transactions.
